I’ve let myself go since having kids

Since having kids I feel like i have really lost myself. I never wear makeup like i used to, never do my hair or care about what clothes I wear. The mum bun, lounge wear and black eye bags seem to be my go to style right now. I’ve gained around 10kg in weight too and my youngest is now 8 months old. 

What can I do to get motivated again? I feel miserable about myself but I don’t know where to start as I feel like i just don’t have enough time to myself to do anything!

I would love to hear your tips, what you do to keep fit and healthy and feeling good about yourselves. Please help me find my motivation and confidence again!

    This is completely normal after having kids, we put all our time and effort into our kids but it is still soo important for us to feel like us again and spend some time priortising ourselfs. I used to never bother getting dressed or brushing my hair as I wasnt going out but for the last couple of months I have been getting dressed putting little bit of mascara on and doing my hair. Believe it or not this has made a massive difference in how I have been feeling. Also try going for a walk when you can just to get out of the house really helps. Little things like these can make such a difference on how your feeling.

    Try reducing your time on your phone. It may sound silly but I have done this and i feel sooo much better Im not quite sure what it is but give it a try!
