I am 32 years old and a have a 3 year old little girl and 20 weeks pregnant with another little girl. My daughter has always been the sweetest and well behaved little girl, never had any issues with her but the last 6 weeks she has just changed!! Will not listen to anything I say, bed time is awful and just having so many tantrums. I was so excited when I found out we was expecting another baby because I knew my daughter would be the best big sister and help mummy out but now ı am so nervous about baby number two if my daughter keeps up this behaviour. Do you think this could be because of my pregnancy ? or could it be a phase she is going through? İf anyone else has experienced anything like this I would be so grateful for some advice or answers.
Try not to worry to much this is most likely just a phase. My little boy went through the same thing just after her turned 2! It went on for about 6 months just really pushing limits. It could even be the pandemic as a lot of things have changed for us all social distancing, no school and not going out as much. Im sure by the time baby gets her she will be back to her normal self and besotted with her baby sister.
Hi, it’s probably just a phase. I think we have to remember toddlers are just like us, they have days where they feel ratty and emotional unstable lol but for some reason this is frowned upon but its ok if we have those days. There is a fantastic account I follow on instagram called biglittlefeelings they are fab, they really know their stuff and help you get your head around those “big little feelings”
